Have you noticed that 2011 seems to be year for new bridal collections? Stores from Anthropologie to White Black Market have debuted their bridal lines this year. I think my head is spinning with new options!

But I have been waiting for one in particular  – White by Vera Wang.

I’ve been entranced by Vera Wang’s designs ever since I found out the name that was associated with those heavenly creations. The models, always perfectly styled somehow glided in those Vera Wang wedding dresses, which combined a whimsical architectural quality and moved with what could only be called a quiet grace. I could spot those creations from a mile away and would sigh softly every time I was given the chance to handle one on a wedding day as the photographer of this glorious beauty. My excitement now that the collection has been introduced as a more budget-friendly option is without bounds, propelling me poke my husband with determination and beg for a reason to purchase what the website describes as a ‘strapless organza fit and flare gown with draped bodice and hand cut-bias flange skirt. In blush, of course.
