We were lucky to get some extra time early in the day to play with Kelli’s gorgeous Justin Alexander wedding dress. Extra time always means extra silliness for us anyway. We started with the sexy wall inside the Hickory Street Annex and then branched out to some ivy shots behind the building.

I’m always pushing Vivie to try new things with dress shots, she finds me annoying most of the time and that’s ok. Here I am asking if pulling the curtains will make it look better? (It didn’t).

While Vivie and Hugo were playing with the dress in the ivy, I had a really neat view from upstairs. The panes in the windows created a unique composition and I borrowed one of Kelli’s sisters to prop open the glass while I shot through it. Thanks sis! 🙂

Vivie + the necklace.

Checking to see if the boys were dressed before I tore into the room.

Getting Kelli ready for the first glance. Wait until you see her reaction!!!!

Proof that I smile behind the camera. Thanks Hugo for capturing it!

My ninja Hugo, got some really awesome shots of Kelli waiting for formals. I’m in the background of this one taunted the groomsmen and Chris, but the others are even more lovely without me 🙂

Vivie + cake.

Setting up Hugo for a test shot. I think Vivie enjoys shooting him mid sentence when he looks especially silly.

Playing around with DJ Cone.

Hugo + cake = light test
