Hello. I am Lynn and this is the crew behind Lynn Michelle Photography.

These are the photographers, the lighting assistants, the editors behind every image that we produce. What’s our specialty? Well it is classically modern wedding photography and what that means is that our images feel clean and natural, missing the things that will date them years from now.

Our wedding day coverage is utterly real, focusing on the emotions that make the day real.

We embrace formal portraits as something that you will look back on and cherish but don’t want to spend hours shooting. And we make the process quick and painless, while showing real smiles and family connections. But more than family connections, we make connections with our clients, who love both our quirkiness and our ability to deliver them to the reception on time.

That’s me, the first person narrator of this blog. I’m one of those people you can’t really sum up with words. I think I might actually require a sound.

Vivian is my right hand – a second primary shooter on your wedding day. You’ll find her everywhere I am not, because, like a cat, she is drawn to shiny objects & light.

The answers to your next three question:
Yes, she’s a freaking fantastic photographer -  she’s been on my team for over 7 years.
Yes, she’s my sister and can read my thoughts. It’s freaky.
No, we are not twins.

We also have a great team of amazing lighting assistants. Unlike Vivian, they bring the light instead of chasing it, making your formals go o-so-smooth. Many also are amazing associate shooters so do not be shocked if they follow you around with a camera or try to dance with your Great Aunt Mildred.

Gnomie really doesn’t do anything except look cute. He sort of quietly shows up to weddings and sneaks into a few pictures. He loves lollipops shaped like gnomes.

Together we have fun. A LOT of fun. So much fun, in fact, that we have our own “caught” album of images. It captures what we do best : getting caught doing amusing things at weddings.

And we’ve picked up a nice little bundle of awards, too.
